“I love giving people their confidence back.”
Christi joined the Atlanta Face & Body family to share her passions of skincare and helping people feel good about themselves. The Marietta native came to us from a small med spa in Acworth, where she gained valuable experience in microneedling treatments.
But Christi didn’t initially start out on a career path headed toward medical aesthetics. She received a bachelor’s degree in apparel design from Georgia Southern University and later worked in graphic design. But she soon realized she needed more in life.
“I needed a switch. I needed more human interaction and less computer interaction,” Christi said. “It was kind of divine intervention that got me into aesthetics.”
On her journey to discover more of her life’s passion, Christi found herself taking a front desk position at a local med spa. It was there that she developed a true thirst for aesthetics.
“Seeing the aesthetics side of the practice, that’s what really piqued my interest,” she said. “And I thought, ‘I can definitely go back to school for this.’”
That’s exactly what she did. Since then, each day confirms she made the right move.
“I love giving people their confidence back,” Christi said. “Sometimes people come in and they have what most other people would consider minor issues, but it’s different for the person experiencing it. With just a few treatments, improving that issue basically changes their whole level of confidence. It gives them a new lease on life, and I love being a part of that.”
At Atlanta Face & Body, Christi performs microneedling (such as Vivace™), chemical peels, basic facials, SkinWave HydraFacial, and body sculpting services, such as SculpSure®.
When she’s not helping clients be beautiful or concentrating on her own extensive skincare routine, Christi spends much of her free time with her beloved pooch, Punkin, who she rescued from the Humane Society.
