“I wouldn’t trust my face to anyone else.”
Although Sarah Darrow was born in New Jersey, she might as well be considered a southern girl. She moved to the South as a youngster and loves living in Atlanta. From that early age, Sarah was always interested in the medical field. “I wanted to get into a career where I could help people live healthier lives,” explains Sarah.
Sarah has spent 17 years in the medical field, Dealing with different parts of the body from head to toe, anywhere from dental care to dermatology. She says, “I eventually landed in the plastic surgery field, because the idea of patients feeling better about themselves after a procedure is so rewarding.”
As a Patient Services Coordinator at Atlanta Face & Body, Sarah gets to be alongside the patient every step of the way. Her favorite part is the follow-up appointments, when the patient cannot hide their smiles. “I like to see how happy they are after everything calms down,” she beams.
She has worked at other plastic surgery centers, but there is something special about Atlanta Face & Body. “When I was working at another company, I took notice of how Atlanta Face & Body was thought of in the community. I knew I wanted to work here,” Sarah confesses, “and I’m so grateful to finally be here.”
Dr. Elizabeth values her staff and treats them like family. “I can’t imagine working at a better place than this. The environment makes for such a great experience,” Sarah says. “Everything starts at the top with Dr. Elizabeth. This is where people in the field want to work. I wouldn’t trust my face with anyone else; and for a patient, I imagine you would want to go where the people in the industry want to work and be treated.”
