For Office Appointments and Procedures
Atlanta Face & Body is committed to providing exceptional care and appropriately reserving provider and procedure time for each patient. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations affect our providers and our other patients. All aesthetic and cosmetic services are elective and self-pay. Please review the following financial, cancellation, and refund policies.
Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time services are scheduled or rendered unless otherwise specified.
Fees represent the provider’s time and expertise, as well as applicable staff, supplies, and facility costs. Because every patient responds differently to treatment, specific results cannot be guaranteed.
A valid credit card is required to be kept on file for all appointments.
Consultations with the Doctor: A $100 deposit is collected at the time of scheduling and is applied toward your treatment.
Aesthetician Appointments: All appointments with our aesthetician require a 50% deposit at the time of scheduling. The deposit is applied toward the scheduled service, and the remaining balance is due at the time of treatment.
Non-Refundable Services
All treatments and procedures are non-refundable once performed.
Dissatisfaction with results does not qualify for a refund.
If a patient has concerns regarding a treatment outcome, the patient must notify the practice and schedule an evaluation within six (6) months of the treatment date. After this period, the practice is not obligated to review, retreat, refund, or compensate for the outcome.
Surgical Procedures
A 50% deposit is required to reserve a surgical date.
If surgery is cancelled within 14 days of the scheduled procedure, operating room fees, anesthesia fees, and other reserved medical costs may be forfeited.
Once surgery has been performed, surgical fees are non-refundable.
If concerns arise regarding surgical results, the surgeon will evaluate the patient and determine appropriate next steps.
Packages, Series, Memberships, and Credits
All prepaid packages, treatment series, memberships, and gift cards are final sale and non-refundable.
Packages must be used within 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified. Any unused portion remaining after expiration will be forfeited.
Retail Products
Opened or used skincare products cannot be returned.
Unopened products may be exchanged for store credit within 30 days of purchase.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. A cancellation is considered late when an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Late cancellations may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee or forfeiture of the appointment deposit, if applicable.
Late Arrivals and No-Shows
A patient is considered a no-show when they arrive 15 minutes or more past their scheduled appointment time without prior notice, or when they miss an appointment without cancelling.
Patients arriving 15 minutes or more after their scheduled appointment time may need to be rescheduled and may be considered a no-show if the provider is unable to accommodate the appointment. If a late-arriving patient cannot be seen the same day, they will be rescheduled for a different day, subject to availability.
No-show appointments will result in forfeiture of any deposit paid. If no deposit was required for the appointment, a $50 no-show fee may apply.
Treatments or services provided at no cost will be forfeited in the event of a no-show.
Outstanding Balances
Any unpaid balance must be paid before scheduling future appointments.
