I hope this message finds you healthy, well and in good spirits. Like all of you, I am socially distancing and working from home, hopeful for a post-COVID 19 world. I remain confident we will emerge from this and while some things will be forever changed, other things will be very much the same.
What can we focus on during this time to optimize our health and emotional well-being? Eat healthy (I am trying not to carb-out too), moderate alcohol intake, exercise and getting plenty of sleep are all helpful to both your attitude and your body’s immunity. Keep your hands and skin moisturized after hand washing and sanitizer to maintain that important barrier from disease. Focus also on your mental and emotional well-being. Making the best of additional time to be with loved ones may be viewed as an opportunity. Consider new projects or finishing a project you never had the time to complete before. Find something to uplift your spirit and make pleasant memories during this unpleasant time.
While it may seem superfluous in times like these, tending to personal hygiene and aesthetics helps us maintain a sense of normalcy and dignity. No matter the situation, wanting to look your best even means you are looking toward the future. We hope that we will see a time without COVID-19 sooner rather than later, when we can see you again in person. In the meantime, we are available to you by phone and virtual visits to ensure that your journey with us is uninterrupted even in these extraordinary times. We currently plan to reopen mid-April, but realize this may change as it has continued to do on a weekly and even daily basis.
We will continue to keep you informed of our plans. When this extraordinary time passes, know that we pledge to be back assisting you as soon as it is permitted for all your personal aesthetic concerns. Until then, virtual visits and complementary virtual consultations will be available by Zoom and FaceTime.

All my best!
